Englewood! This is perhaps Florida's least well known stretch of coastline and often referred to as Florida's "best kept secret" and if you yearn for miles of dazzling white sandy beaches and turquoise seas then this is the vacation address for you. Located only 40 miles South of Sarasota the area enjoys an average year round temperature of 75 degrees and the sea is always in the 80's. The location of our home is within easy reach of the beaches at Englewood and Boco Grande Key.

This beautiful spacious property used to be a Model Home and has been furnished to a very high standard keeping guests needs for a thoroughly enjoyable holiday in mind.

The villa comprises a large living room (22’4”x19’6”) 3 bedrooms (2 double and one twin bedded room), fully equipped kitchen with breakfast room and a formal dining room. The superb Master Bedroom (22’6”x19’4”) and associated En-suite (13’4”x11’8”) with His & Hers sinks, bath and separate shower, is a central feature.

Each room has been designed to take full advantage of Florida’s excellent weather yet still maintain a comfortable environment throughout with full air conditioning.

The pool deck are equipped with loungers, chairs, large table all overlooking the Pool and there is a gas barbecue for your convenience. The Main Bedroom, Large Room and Breakfast Area all open out onto the pool. The golden sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast are an easy 15 minutes drive away and golf courses are within 5 minutes. There is excellent shopping at nearby Port Charlotte where there are much reduced costs when compared to the U.K.

Tampa airport is an hour and a half away with Disney World and Orlando Airport achievable within two and a half hours.

Local attractions, apart from the extensive choice of golf courses (one is within 5 minutes buggy ride of the villa!), include the Myakka River State Park, Bush Garden, Sanibel & Marco Islands, Sarasota Zoo to name but a few.
