We are ideally located on Florida's sunny Gulf Coast just minutes from many of America’s best beaches. The apartments are situated on the shores of beautiful Lake Tarpon in the small and quaint town of Palm Harbor, just north of the famous beach resort of Clearwater with mile after mile of white sandy beaches all the way down to St Petersburg. We are also just south of the well-known tourist town of Tarpon Springs.

The big and exciting city of Tampa together with it's International Airport is just 30 minutes away, with the major theme parks in Orlando only 90 minutes drive away.

Both apartments look out onto water, boardwalks and boat docks. A notable feature is the peace and tranquility of the view, especially with the palm trees lit up at night!

There is an open-air swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sun loungers and picnic tables where you can relax alongside the boat docks and waterside. Next-door is a boatyard from which pontoon boats can be hired and docked adjacent to the apartments at our own private mooring.

Both apartments have recently been refurbished to a high standard to make your stay a comfortable and relaxing one. They come complete with all vital appliances and utensils together with Cable TV with over 80 channels and telephone with free local calls.

Just over the road is a multiplex cinema.

Our downstairs apartment is very spacious, has one bedroom with queen size bed and one bathroom and is in perfect, mint condition. The large sofa bed in the living room enables you to sleep four with ease.

The living room and dining area has a superb view of the water of Lake Tarpon lapping at the decking. The patio doors open out into the very large patio area with electric barbeque, which is screened off – an ideal spot for a drink at sunset.

Our two-bedroom apartment is directly upstairs and has identical views of the lake from the balcony. It has two bedrooms, one with queen size bed and one with twin beds; also there is a large sofa bed to sleep two more. There are two bathrooms, one en-suite. Both have bath and shower.

The apartment also has two patios, one with a electric barbeque; the other patio has a spiral staircase leading up to a private roof garden not overlooked and therefore ideal for sunbathing in private.

Nearby are the well-known and lively beach resorts of Clearwater and St. Petersburg. Just ten minutes away we have the quieter beaches of Honeymoon Island, Sunset Beach, Caledesi Island and Fred Howard Park. Tarpon Springs is a renowned port just up the road, famous for its ethnic Greek community diving for sponges.

Florida is renowned for good value, delicious food, usually served in large portions! Menus include a wide selection from ethnic Italian or gourmet French to "down home" barbecue or fresh fish caught daily. All of these are close by along with numerous supermarkets (including Wal-Mart) as well as shops and malls.

You are within easy reach of Disney World, Epcot Centre, Universal Studios, MGM Studios, Sea Life, and all the other attractions in Orlando. On your doorstep in Tampa, you have a theme park, Busch Gardens, famous for having the best roller coasters in Florida.

Nearby are plenty of golf courses notably the world-famous Westin Innisbrook Resort, Wentworth Golf club and the Lansbrook Golf course.

There are major sporting teams such as the SuperBowl champions Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Tampa Devil Rays baseball team. You can also watch spring training for the Toronto Blue Jays and the Philadelphia Phillies.

Nearby is the Pinellas Trail which is 47 miles long where you can walk, run, bike, jog, or rollerblade.

There are endless other activities for everyone such as great shopping at the malls, water sports, scuba diving, snorkeling, museums (i.e. Salvador Dali), art galleries, gambling at the Hardrock casino in Tampa, bowling, zoos, cruises, concerts, nightlife, parks, fishing, cinemas, sailing, shelling, biking, tennis, racquetball, basketball, shuffleboard, horseriding, miniature golf, free internet at local library, live theater, sightseeing, waterskiing, windsurfing, parasailing, jet skiing, rafting and swimming with Manatees or Dolphins.
