10 minutes Exit 195 I-75. Just 15 minutes walk from Manasota Beach on a 1.4 acre wooded lot, giving total privacy and security. 10 minutes south of the quaint town of Venice or 20 minutes drive to either the Charlotte or Sarasota Mall. The beach, with lifeguard, parking and picnic areas gives safety for those with children. Alternatively a 20 minute drive south to Boca Grande where further deserted beaches can be found with a wonderful beach cafe where you can sit and watch the dolphins and pelicans (or the sunset). There are at least 14 golf courses in the locality all offering excellent and challenging golf. Most of these are open to non members.

This exclusive, air conditioned, villa has been tastefully built and furnished to the highest of standards to offer you total relaxation. This has been our home and is therefore furnished and euqipped to a much higher standard than a normal rental home.

The beautiful, sparkling, beveled glass front entrance door, opens into the formal living and dining areas where the decor has been thoughtfully chosen to echo the theme of light and elegance throughout the villa.

The extended master suite (13 ft x 25 ft) with king size sleep number bed and your own private sitting/reading area,plus eliptical trainer for your use, opens onto the oversized heated pool. You have your own en-suite bathroom plus a walk in shower and separate closet. Secluded downlighting in the bedroom area sets the ambience of the room. The second bedroom (queen size bed and third bedroom (twin beds) share a jack and jill bathroom.The fourth bedroom doubles as a fully equiped office, with computer, and is en-suite to the pool bathroom which, of course, opens onto the pool area.

In addition to the formal living and dining rooms there is a large family room 16 ft x 15 ft which opens to the pool area. Ideal for the family to relax after a hard day on the beach or at the shops or golf. The entertainment center includes TV/DVD. The stereo/radio is piped throughout the house.

The breakfast area is situated so that you can overlook the pool whilst having a snack. Upgraded kitchen has all the latest appliances you would expect in an ultra modern room, including large fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, waste disposal. The utility room with washer and dryer opens to the double garage. Over 3000 square feet to relax in and enjoy!! Additional fans everywhere on top of the air conditioning to keep you cool and comfortable. Outside, the oversized courtyard caged pool, with ample pool seating, offers both sunny and shaded areas so that you can take your choice. No neighbours to overlook you at all as you are safely surrounded by trees.
