There are two double bedrooms and two twin bedded rooms. The master bedroom and the other double bedroom are both en-suite. The twin bedded rooms share a bathroom with shower, tub, toilet and vanity unit.
There is a large central living area with a separate lounge area and a breakfast/dining area.
The 30'x15'solar heated pool(electric heat available) has plenty of room on three sides for the loungers provided. The spacious south facing pool deck is protected by a fine mesh screen which will not affect sunbathing. A travel cot and childs chair are available. A pool safety fence is available if there are small children. There is a large covered area with table and chairs for outside dining and shade. A barbecue is available.

Situated on the Links golf course at Fairway Oaks, Hudson, 40 mins north of Tampa/Clearwater and 90 mins from Disney. Beach 5 mins. A large clear area behind and shrubs either side of the pool deck offer privacy.

Nearby attractions include: Busch Gardens, and Florida Aquarium in Tampa(40 mins), Weeki-Wachi Springs and Buccaneer Bay (25 mins), Homosassa Springs, a state nature reserve where you can see manatees in the wild(45 mins) Tarpon Springs a Greek sponge fishing town (25 mins). Disney is a comfortable 90 min drive.
There are numerous golf courses in easy reach. There are many shopping areas and plenty of places to eat all within a few minutes drive. Hudson has a small beach about 5 minutes drive. Other nearby beaches include Pine Island, Green Key, Howard Park, Caladisi Island and Honeymoon Island about 20/30 minutes away. The huge white sand beaches of Clearwater are about 40 minutes drive South.
Tampa airport is 40 mins and Orlando airport about 2 hours drive away.
