The villa is located at Lake Christina in Port Richey, which lies in Pasco County, situated on the West Coast of Florida. This is a scenic peaceful residential area with its own natural beaches and parks all within easy reach. With miles of white sandy beaches combined with the crystal blue seas make it a superb beach holiday destination, as well as an ideal base for enjoying all of Florida's major attractions!

. The villa boasts a simply gorgeous setting overlooking Lake Christina a natural spring lake.You can relax by the pool or on the fishing dock and watch the amazing wildlife on the lake.You can also eat the fresh grapefruits for breakfast from our own 2 trees in the garden

The villa is open-plan with a spacious living room, with a 2 seater sofa and also a 3 seater sofa bed with triple sliding doors leading to the pool area. The dining area has a table and 6 chairs with patio doors also leading to the pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a separate utility room which leads to the double garage.

There are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with en-suite bathroom and a patio door leads to the pool. The other 2 bedrooms both have 2 single beds, and both share the separate bathroom which has bath & overhead shower.

The villa has its own private solar-heated screened 12' x 24' pool with a shaded pool area and has ample sunbathing area for the whole family. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people and is fully air-conditioned for your comfort. Whether its a first time visit, a family holiday or a relaxing trip for 2, we cannot recommend it highly enough.

Orlando airport/attractions 1 hour 45 minute drive.
Tampa airport/ Busch gardens 45 minute drive.
Local Gulf Coast beaches just a 10 minute drive.
