Our executive 4 bedroom home, with 3 bathrooms is available to rent. Two of the bedrooms are King Masters and both are en-suite. It is ideal for small families, the larger family or even two families to share.
The private screened 30' x 14' pool looks out over tranquil woodland to the rear offering an tranquil unspoilt view.
There is ample space in this 1935 sq ft fully air conditioned villa with quality furnished lounge, dining room, family room with large cable TV, DVD and VCR, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, utility room with washer/dryer and two further bedrooms, one a Queen and one a Twin. The villa is connected to FREE Wi-Fi HIGH SPEED INTERNET so you can keep in touch with business, family, friends etc. dsearch out the Disney bargins etc. There are now 5 TV's in the villa.
The villa is situated just 15 minutes drive from Disney and is also close to local Wal-Mart hyperpermarket, post office, bank, pizza delivery and local restaurants are only a short drive if you don't fancy cooking. Easy access to both the I-4 and the US-192 to reach all the tourist attractions the area has to offer, yet within 75 minutes of Tampa and the Gulf Coast and 65 minutes of Kennedy Space Center on the Atlantic Coast.
