Our villa is situated in the gated community of Weston Hills, which is located on Highway 27, just 3 miles North of its junction with the 192. The south facing pool has no rear neighbours.Weston Hills has its own recreational amenities of children's play park & activity pool, swimming pools, clubhouse,bbq pits, tennis court, basketball, volleyball and soccer field all of which guests have free use.

Our villa is fully air-conditioned, with ceiling fans in the family room and all bedrooms. The lounge has a free-standing 20" fan with remote control. The property offers luxurious and spacious accommodation for 8 persons (10 on request at time of booking) and is all on one level.

The master suite has a queen sized bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. There is a wall mounted 19" TV with remote control. Along the corridor from the family room there are 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms with an adjacent bathroom.

The family room has a large built-in entertainment centre with 32" Cable-TV, VCR, DVD and stereo system all with remote controls.

Through the patio doors you will find the screened pool and patio - the ideal place to relax after a long day at the parks or after shopping at the malls.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, large gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer with filtered water and cubed/crushed ice dispenser on the door, dishwasher, waste disposal, kettle, coffee maker, toaster,juicer, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. The breakfast area is situated between the kitchen and the family room. The lounge has a queen couch (sofa bed), which can be used if asked for at time of booking. There is a phone installed, local calls are free as are calls to the management company. All linens are provided.A stroller, highchair and cot are provided free.

Our villa is within easy reach of all the Disney attractions. Cape Canaveral on the East Coast, and Busch Gardens and Tampa on the West, are less than 2 hours drive away. Winn Dixie and Publix Supermarkets, Post Office, Bank, two restaurants and a petrol station are all about 3 minutes away.
