Our villa is air conditioned with its own extra large 36'x15' private heated pool & jacuzzi with additional loungers. Now with games room including an 8' slate bed pool table. We have extended the Patio decking to provide year long sun. Furnished to a very high standard to accommodate 10 people. Many extras have been added to our villa to make it more comfortable and easier to live in. We have added free wireless broadband internet, extra ceiling lighting and ceiling fans & TV's to all rooms, Hi-fi speakers to the patio area and a roller pool cover to name but a few.
Lounge - A large high ceiling, open plan area central to all the bedrooms and leading to the 6 person dining area. Recently full tiled floor and ample seating with a large TV, digital cable, video, DVD and hi-fi.
Kitchen - Spacious open plan kitchen with a bay window nook accommodates a breakfast table and four chairs. Large oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer with icemaker, coffee maker etc.
Master bedroom 1 - Queen size double bed with featured mirrored headboard. TV with digital cable, Luxuriously furnished leading to a master en-suite with large shower, twin bath, twin wash basins, WC and walk-in wardrobe.

Twin bedroom - Two single beds, large wardrobe with view of pool area. Tv.

Garage/laundry - Two car garage, large washer and dryer, full size folding bed, iron and sports equipment.
Patio/pool area - Large 36' x 15' pool with Jacuzzi/small pool completely covered with a fly screen enclosure, sun deck with ample loungers and seating recently extended to benefit from the sun in all seasons. Pool & Jacuzzi fully heated (if required), night time illumination, covered patio.

Our villa is situated on Indian Point. It is in a quiet cul-de-sac leading to a small lake surrounded by its own fitness trail. Indian Point has its own communal recreation facility including a pool, tennis courts and children's play area. Indian Point is situated 1/2 mile from the US 192 in Kissimmee, Florida where you will find many varieties of restaurants, stores, attractions and a 24hr Wal-Mart supermarket.
