This excellent villa (redecorated summer 2008) has two good size bedrooms, both en-suite, and two lounges, in the second lounge there is a queen size lazyboy sofa bed there is also a full size(queen)double blow up bed in the villa, There are three TVs,in the villa,in the living room there is a 42 inch plasma with hdtv (direct t.v.) and surrond sound with dvd and. C.D. music playback system, there is also a good stock of films (200 titles) for the day when you want to have a rest from the rigours of the attractions. There is also a sony playstation 2 games system with surrond sound in the second lounge with 75 games, also a c.d. music system,electronic dart board, chess set, theres also a new gas Bar.B.Q.grill on front porch.
The villa is ideally situated in a quiet area overlooking the golf course,we also have access to a private swimming pool for our guests and can also arrange tennis. There are local bar,s and restaurants also available. Shops are within easy reach and most of the attractions are within 15-20 minutes. * SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT * Meadow woods golf course is now closed So please contact me for details regarding free and local golf rates (i will still offer free golf call for details) I now have access to a private pool for my guests to use as well, also I can arrange golf at four local courses with low green fee,s for my guests in the meantime.Sorry for any inconvenince this may cause but the golf club in no way affects the comfort and luxury of the villa.
