Location

Mango Key holds an ideal location for any holidaymaker visiting Florida. It can be found at Lindfields, which is situated just off the Highway 192 and is easy to find. Highway 192 is also home to many shops, supermarkets, petrol stations and restaurants for every occasion, all on your own doorstep.We are only 5 miles away from Walt Disney World, only a 10 minute drive, and we are also close to all the other major attractions.

Description

The Villages at Mango Key are a purpose built resort complex of 33 townhouses, developed especially for you. Whilst you can enjoy the privacy of having your own house, your neighbours will be fellow holidaymakers who are there for the same reasons you are - to have a fantastic holiday.

All the houses have shared facilities.The pool area at Mango Key is without a doubt, one of the best features of the resort, and provides a focal point for people to meet and make new friends, whilst relaxing in a superb setting. The pool is reserved for Mango Key guests only.

There are sun loungers, shaded tables and chairs (all provided free of charge) on the terrace surrounding the large kidney shaped swimming pool. The terrace is also home to a hot tub (whirlpool Jacuzzi), and toilets and wash rooms are available. The whole pool area is floodlit and is open until 10pm each evening.

The deck area overlooks Mango Key Lake and provide both sunny and shaded areas. The pool itself is heated to between 80 and 85 degrees for all year round use and the hot tub is kept at about 100 degrees, it is cleaned daily and is regulated by the State Authorities. You don't need to worry about having to walk miles to the pool, the site is fairly small and compact and the furthest house is about 100 yards away from the pool.

The accommodation comprises of, one double bedroom downstairs with a king size bed, and one twin bedroom upstairs. This together with a single sofa bed found on the galleried landing and a queen size sofa bed in the main lounge, provides sleeping accommodation for 7 people. We can offer subject to request a three bedroom house which sleeps up to 8 persons, please contact us for more details.

All prices include, gas, electricity, linen & towels etc. We can also arrange (for a small fee payable locally in US dollars) cots, high chairs, additional towels and daily cleaning if required.

Both bedrooms have large en-suite bathrooms, complete with bath and shower, vanity worktop with inset basin, fully tiled walls, a large vanity mirror and the downstairs bathroom also has a built in hairdryer. Both bedrooms also have walk-in closets.

The houses are well equipped and furnished to a high standard. All units are fully air-conditioned and are fitted with ceiling fans throughout. For your security, the houses all have their own safes. For peace of mind, all houses also comply with the latest fire and safety regulations.

Colour television (on the cable network) is provided in the living area and the master bedroom, and we also have a dvd player in the lounge and dvd's can be hired locally. Each house has one telephone, in the lounge and all phone calls including international are free of charge. In addition a direct internet connection is available, although you are advised to bring your own ethernet cable.

Ample seating is provided in the lounge area, together with dining table and chairs. The screened patio at the rear of the house is also furnished with loungers, tables and chairs.

As you would expect, the kitchen is fitted with an extensive range of equipment and in particular, a large self cleaning, natural gas range with an extractor hood, a large fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, waste disposal unit, coffee maker, blender, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and house wares.

Area Information, Attractions & Distances

We are only 5 miles away from Walt Disney World, a 10 minute drive, and we are also close to all the other major attractions.

In addition to the theme parks the area has an amazing variety of activities; golf, fishing, jet ski, bungee jumping, go karting, horse riding, air boats and many more all within easy reach of Mango Key.

Within easy reach are the Gulf Coast beaches, these can be reached in about 90 minutes by car and in the opposite direction Cocoa Beach can be reached in about an hour.

Orlando International Airport is an easy 30 minute drive away, Sanford Airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa about 75 minutes.

For all bookings of less than 7 days an extra charge of $60 / £33 will be added to the above rates.
Florida state taxes of 13% will be added to the above rates.
Deposit required $200.00 /£100 for bookings up to 14 nights. Balance payable 8 weeks before arrival.
