Our luxury villa is carpeted throughout and furnished to a very high standard by professional interior designers. It will sleep up to 9 people in comfort. It is fully air conditioned and includes ceiling fans for those extra hot days.

This is a large villa with over 1900 sq.ft. of living space. There is a living room and separate family room which leads out onto the swimming pool. The family room, incorporating a view of the swimming pool, is extremely relaxing and furnished in Floridian style. Within this room is a 40" Flat Screen, LCD television (multi-channel cable),DVD/VCR recorder and player, CD player, radio/cassette player and a wide selection of DVD's,CD's, tapes, books and magazines. There is also free WiFi Internet connection. Adjoining the family room is the kitchen/breakfasting room. This room is open plan with a table and chairs and a state of the art kitchen.

The kitchen has every modern convenience including a full size cooker, four burner hob, dishwasher, double sink with garbage disposal unit, fridge freezer with automatic ice-maker, microwave oven and a toaster. A telephone/answering machine is also located in the kitchen area (free local and international calls).

The spacious dining room/living room provides a large dining table and seating. Double and triple sofas provide further seating for the extended family. A 25" cable television and VCR also enhance this room.

The villa has four good sized bedrooms, the master room containing a queen size bed, luxurious en-suite bathroom with shower and double vanity units. There is also a large walk-in wardrobe, a remote controlled television, radio alarm and telephone. There is a further bedroom with a queen size bed and two twin-bedded rooms. All bedrooms have wardrobes, bedside chests and ample drawer space. All bed linen and towels are provided including some beach towels. There is a further family bathroom with shower. A cot and high chair are provided free of charge.

The laundry room provides a large washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

This room gives access to the double garage, which has just recently been converted to a games room.The games room includes an eight foot, slate-bed pool table, air hockey and an electronic dart board, which provide endless hours of fun and amusement.

The swimming pool is not overlooked by neighbours and affords that extra privacy - no feelings of being in a goldfish bowl. The deck area around the pool has been extended to provide ample relaxation space for guests. The pool and the deck area is floodlit for that evening dip following a day at the Theme Parks. The pool area benefits from sunshine from mid morning to sunset and comes complete with tables, chairs and sun loungers. The pool itself is crystal blue, heatable and contains its own self-cleaning system. This is in addition to regular cleaning and maintenance by a professional pool company. Adjacent to the pool is a purpose built barbecue area. (The barbecue is stored in the garage)

The Palms at Hampton Lakes is an exclusive estate of luxury houses situated on Highway 27, just off Highway 192. It is a prestigious, private community set amongst gently rolling hills and orange groves. Guests can take advantage of floodlit tennis courts, basketball, communal swimming pool and kiddies play area.

The Palms also offers easy access to Interstate 4 (less than 5 minutes) which will take you to the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast or Westwards to Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach and The Kennedy Space Center. Orlando International Airport is only 30 minutes away.
