Located in Thousand Oaks Davenport, opposite a 40-acre lake with secluded pool overlooking a wooded preserve, our Orlando, Florida vacation rental villa is only 15 minutes from the main gate of Walt Disney World. Just 2 miles from Champions Gate/I-4 junction, the villa also has easy access to SeaWorld, Universal Studios and Busch Gardens. Both the Gulf Coast to the west and Kennedy Space Centre to the east are within an easy reach.
This spacious 4 bedroom rental villa in Davenport, Orlando can lodge up to ten vacationers, but is also ideal for smaller parties who will appreciate the additional space. Each bedroom has it’s own TV and they are well furnished (1 has X-Box 360 as well which can also be used to view DVD's from our library on the TV). The multi-room DVR allows programs to be recorded in the lounge and then viewed in either of the Master bedrooms. The three bathrooms(2 ensuite) all have bath and shower facilites to add maximum comfort and convenience to your stay. To cook your favorite recipes in the modern, fully equipped gourmet kitchen will be a delightful experience. The great room features four sofas and two rocking chairs for viewing the 55” HD TV in comfort or to play DVD’s or CD’s on the Home Theater System with surround sound to keep you wired to your music. The latest DVD’s can be rented locally or check out one from our DVD library.
One sofa is convertible to a bed, in addition to the beds for 10 guests, to add to the sleeping flexibility (Plus a crib/cot for younger folk).
Both Master suites feature King size as does the Front bedroom. The 4th Bedroom has Queen and Double size bed,, so it should not be necessary to use the sofa bed to accommodate your party
There is a games room featuring slate based AMF pool table, air hockey table, electronic darts board and X-Box 360 for your family to have a gala time. Our Orlando villa rental also offers loads of games for kids to enjoy their vacations. The solar heated pool is south facing and looks out to wooded preserve, so you are not overlooked by any neighbours. The patio has recently been extended and now runs to the back of the house, giving an extra 20 ft. x 8 ft. space to sunbathe. We have also added 2 extra loungers to sunbathe on. In the cooler months additional electric pool heating is available with discounts in the spring and autumn. There is a gas barbecue , now situated on our patio extension so that you can grill your favorite food in the evening on the patio. Whilst at the rear of the house, the 2nd screened patio catches the early sun making it a favourite place for breakfast or an alternative place to dine alfresco, away from the pool area and being just off the kitchen, it is easy to restock supplies. We have a no smoking policy inside this Orlando vacation rental villa, but with the 2 patios close to hand this usually does not cause a problem.
Orlando villa near golf courses will be delighted by the easy access to excellent golfing facilities and opportunities. The shopping centers are within easy access for you to stock up on supplies or buy your vacation souvenirs. There are several restaurants at Champions Gate, the most popular is the Chili's Grill and Bar, plus many many more just down the road on the 192 through Kissimmee. Outback Steak House, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Ponderosa, Golden Corral ,Sizzlers, Bahama Breeze, Applebee's and Millers Ale House, to name a few that are nearby. Also we have local McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Papa John's, Subway and Chinese Take-Aways should you prefer a quick snack.
