Thousand Oaks, with its wooded preserves and 40 acre lake is in a tranquil setting and ideally placed for the Theme Parks and other “Orlando” attractions. We are west of Kissimmee, off the Old Lake Wilson Road (CR545) which joins the Disney end of the 192 (main highway through Kissimmee) and is 2 miles from exit 58 on the I-4 by the ChampionsGate and Reunion golf courses.

This luxury 4 bedroom executive villa features a porcelain tiled living area of over 2,400 sqare feet and has 2 en-suite bathrooms and one other bathroom, all with bath and shower facilities. The Great Room provides an enormous open plan lounge with 4 sofas, armchair, 2 rockers, making it ideal to laze in front of the 42 inch flat panel TV and DVD system or listening to the Hi Fi.

The formal dining area is situated in the nook, on the other side of the large kitchen which also has a further table and chairs making it ideal for breakfast or a casual meal. The nook leads out to a 2nd patio, area ideal for catching the early morning sun and where you will find the gas BBQ and further dining facilities should you prefer an outside meal. The kitchen is fully fitted with all the labour saving devices you could need.

The heated pool is 20' x 20' set in a courtyard patio facing south, towards a wooded preserve which runs along the side of the house. This gives you a secluded area for sunbathing on the patio, which is equipped with a table, chairs and padded sun loungers. The courtyard is fully screened to keep out any flying insects.

The pool has solar heating as standard, which is user controllable, to provide a comfortable water temperature most of the year, AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. Whilst during winter, when the nights are cooler (probably November - March) additional electric heating is available to ensure the water is warm even if it is not sunny. The house is set in landscaped gardens with timed irrigation to keep them lush and green. Our Management Company maintains the pool and gardens weekly to keep them in top condition.

Sleeping accommodation:-
Master bedroom 1 - King size bed, walk-in wardrobe with a safe facility available for your valuables and access to the pool area. We have also a full size cot(crib) and a single bed in the room
Guest master bedroom - full size double bed, en-suite bathroom plus a rocking chair. It has direct access to pool area
Bedroom 3 - One Double and one single bed, walk-in wardrobe
Bedroom 4 - twin beds. A separate bathroom with a bath/shower is situated by these 2 bedrooms.
For more flexible sleeping arrangements we added the single bed into the master bedroom, and upgraded one of the twin beds in bedroom 3 to give a total of 10 beds available without using the Queen size sofa bed in the Great room.
