The villa was totally refurbished in November 2003 and is an extremely well equipped and comfortable 'home from home'.
It comprises three double bedrooms (2 queen bedrooms and one twin bedroom). The master bedroom has its own luxury shower room, walk-in 'his and hers' closets, 28" digital cable TV and sliding doors opening on to the pool area. The other two bedrooms have built in closets, lots of drawer space and share a luxury guest bathroom with walk-in shower and jacuzzi bath.
The open plan gourmet kitchen is equipped with new Kitchen Aid appliances. There is a dishwasher, microwave and convection oven, fridge/freezer with ice maker and filtered water dispenser, electric oven and hob, coffee maker, toaster and juicer. It is surrounded by an informal family room with sliding doors that open on to the pool area. There is comfortable seating for six people, a large screen digital cable TV (36") with over 80 cable channels including at least 8 movie channels (HBO and Showtime). There are also DVD, CD and Video players. This is an extremely spacious, sunny living area with high cathedral ceilings. Additionally there is another more formal living area which contains two large sofas and a formal dining table.
The laundry room has a new Whirlpool washer and dryer. The garage has an electric door operated by remote control and allows you to park your car out of the heat of the Florida sun.
The pool area is west facing and overlooks the dock and waterway. It is furnished with high quality patio furniture (table, six chairs and four loungers). It has a large lanai and is equipped with lighting and a ceiling fan. There is a large Weber gas barbecue.
The heated pool measures 30'x15' and is South West facing. It enjoys the sun for most of the day. From the pool area are steps down to the waterway and a private dock where you can moor and launch your boat. The dock is a fantastic place to sit and watch the manatees, dolphins and a large variety of fish. If you are a fisherman, there is a fish table and snook light for your convenience.
