Our Luxury Family villa is located on an up market residential development just minutes from the attraction packed Highway 192 and just 10 minutes from the magic of Disney World. The location is perfect, quietly situated off the main road yet close to the many restaurants, shops, bars and attractions that make Orlando so popular.

Our beautiful family owned 4 Bedroom 3 bathroom (2 master en-suites) villa is fully air conditioned/central heated and superbly equipped and furnished for the occupancy of up to 10 people. It also boasts a Spa / Hot Tub, 26' by 13' swimming pool, separate children's pool, Games Area and Wireless High Speed Internet Access.

* The large kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard. This includes Cooker, large fridge/freezer with ice-maker, microwave, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, wine glasses, toaster, coffee maker and plastic ware for use around the pool table and chairs. The large washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are located in the double garage.

* The formal dining area with wrought iron glassed topped table and wrought iron padded chairs is enhanced by the floor to ceiling mirrored wall.

* The lounge is carpeted and lavishly furnished with three comfortable settees, ceiling fan. Digital Cable TV, Hi-Fi system, video and DVD player, a selection of videos DVD's are provided for enjoyment.

* 1st Master Bedroom with Large American King-sized bed, ceiling fan, digital cable television and telephone.
* 1st Master En-Suite has twin vanity unit, twin corner bath, toilet and large shower cubicle.

* 2nd Master Bedroom with American Queen-Sized bed, ceiling fan, cable television with DVD Player and telephone.
* 2nd Master En-Suite has a vanity unit, toilet and large shower cubicle.

* Bedroom 3 is a Scooby Doo themed room. It has a double bed with a single bunk above, Cable Television/VCR, PS2 Games Console, games, fan and drawer unit. A single fold away bed is also provided.

* Bedroom 4 has twin beds with lights over, Cable TV, VCR, ceiling fan and is decorated with a "lighthouse" theme.

* The 3rd Bathroom has toilet, bath with shower over and a vanity unit.

* All bedrooms have large walk in closets, drawer units and alarm clocks.

*Games Area has Table Football, Air Hockey and Electronic Dart Board. We have also provided 2 sets of Gents Golf Clubs, a ladies set of golf clubs and 4 tennis raquets for our guests use.

The large extended patio area with table, luxury padded chairs, loungers and stools. We have a Spa / Hot Tub, 26’ by 13’ swimming pool and for the safety and enjoyment of our younger guests we have installed a separate children’s pool. All doors leading to the pool area are alarmed for added peace of mind. The pool is thermostatically controlled all year round.
The Spa/ Hot Tub seats 4 people with lumbar support and multi-level jet placement. It is heated 24 hours a day so your can enjoy it after a long day at the Theme Park.

We now have a manual wheel chair for hire at the villa for those people who have occasional mobility problems.
Have the convenience of having a wheel chair with you when you arrive at the Parks saving you the walk to and from the rental office.
