The villa is open plan and fully air conditioned, the home is carpeted throughout and luxuriously furnished to the highest standards.
The family room, which overlooks the pool, has comfortable furniture, is equipped with cable TV together with DVD/VCR. The glass patio doors at the end of the great room lead out to the pool and patio area. The lounge sofa can be converted into a queen sized double bed. There is also a separate dining area.
The open plan kitchen and breakfast nook looks out over the family room. The kitchen is fitted with every appliance you will require.
The master bedroom features a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with two person shower, and door leading onto pool deck. A large walk-in wardrobe and full suite of dressers. There are also glass patio doors which give access to the pool and patio area.
There are a further three bedrooms (1 queen double size bed, 4 twin-size) and all have fitted wardrobes, ample drawer space and are served by a second bathroom.
All bed linen and towels are provided. A cot/crib and highchair are also available for the younger visitor.
The separate utility room has full size washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
At the rear of our property is a 30' by 15' fully screened private swimming pool which has an underwater light for night time swimming. The bottom section of the screen has been fitted with Florida Glass to give added privacy when swimming and sunbathing but this still allows the sun to come in. The pool has a depth of 3 foot at the shallow end and goes to 5 foot 6 inches at the deep end. The pool can be heated at nominal charge. The pool is well maintained by our professional pool company, who call regularly to clean and check levels etc.
The patio area is furnished with sun loungers, table and chairs for those al fresco meals by the pool whilst watching the sun setting. |
