Location

Situated on a quiet residential street, the house looks on to a large preserved grass area to the rear. Lindfields is an established development off Highway 192, five miles from the entrance to Walt Disney World and within easy distance of other attractions.

The house was completed in 1998 and furnished in the Floridian style. It offers luxurious accommodation for up to eight persons in two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, and sleep ten if the sofa bed in the family room is used. The house was designed so that the sleeping accommodation is divided making the house ideal for parties comprising two families. All the bedrooms have sufficient drawer space and built-in closets as well as a cable TV. When the house was built our son was four years old, so it was built to be child friendly. The house is air-conditioned, a necessity in Florida.

The master suite has an American king-size bed (6ft wide), cable TV and radio alarm clock and telephone. There is a walk-in closet and an adjoining bathroom with roman tub, two hand basins, a shower cubicle and separate toilet. One of the twin bedrooms is next door and can share this bathroom.

The second double bedroom is at the opposite corner of the house from the first. It has an American queen sized bed (5ft wide) and share the second bathroom with the remaining twin room.

The family room has a large L shaped settee, which includes a 5-foot pull out divan. The room is equipped with cable TV, a video, triple CD Hi-Fi and a selection of games. In the dining area is a personal computer with a selection of games and internet access. Patio doors lead from the family room lead straight on the covered lanai and then to the pool area.

Next to this room is a dining room with a large six seater table, extra chairs can be brought in from the kitchen if needed.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and all the cutlery, crockery and glassware you will need. There is a breakfast nook at one end for when you don't want to eat in the dining room. Off the kitchen is the utility room, equipped with washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, which leads on to the double garage.

Through the patio doors in the family room you will find a 30-foot by 13-foot private pool overlooking a large grassed area. The pool is enclosed in by a fine mesh screen that allows in the sun, but keeps out flying insects that are attracted by light in the summer evenings. The area is equipped with comfortable patio furniture, reclining sun loungers and a table and chair where you may choose to eat some of your meals.

We have arranged for additional services to be available from our management company for which we charge sufficient to cover our costs. These include the hire of cribs, high chairs, rollaway beds and additional cleans. We can advise you regarding the hire of electric scooters for disabled guests and elderly guests. Our management company can arrange for mail, fax and secretarial services to be provided for anyone who needs to take their office on holiday with them.

We have arranged for a small family run management company to look after the house and to take care of any problems and offer advice to you while you are on holiday.

The villa is one hour from Sanford Airport and 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport.

The villa is four miles from Walt Disney World, just of Highway 192. This location gives you easy access to the other theme parks using the I4.
Univeral Studios is half an hour away, Sea World 25 Minutes and Busch Gardens one hour away.
