Our luxury vacation home is situated on Indian Ridge Oaks which is a very peaceful residential development yet very close to Disney World. A short 5 minutes drive will take you to The Magic Kingdom. Shops and restaurants are a three minute drive on the 192 west. To reach our home from Orlando International Airport will take about 20 minutes and from Sanford Airport 45 minutes.

The home is fully air conditioned and alarmed and furnished to a high standard in Florida colours and style throughout. The accommodation comprises of three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, living/dining room, kitchen/breakfast room and double garage. The private heatable pool has a Jacuzzi and is fully screened. The pool backs onto a conservation area.

Lounge/dining room has a formal dining table which seats six, two comfortable sofas.Full cable HDI TV is installed and video recorder.DVD player and CD player. In addition to the air conditioning there is a ceiling fan installed.

Kitchen/breakfast room is equipped to the highest standard and includes all the facilities that you would expect, such as table and chairs, large electric cooker, fridge/freezer with ice maker, waste disposal, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, an iron and ironing board. Plus the complete supply of crockery, cutlery and utensils.

Master bedroom has a king size bed, television, clock/radio, hairdryer and a phone. For your added comfort a ceiling fan. Ample storage space i.e. double dresser with mirror and two bedside chests. A door leading to the en-suite which has a double sized shower, toilet, washer basin with cupboards below and a walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed, ample wardrobe and drawer space, TV. Bedroom 3 character room has twin beds and ample wardrobe and drawer space. Bathroom 2 is centrally located with bath/shower, vanity unit, toilet and linen cupboard.

Pool/Jacuzzi the gas heatable pool/Jacuzzi is fully screened and has ample deck space for the 4 sun beds and the table and chairs.

Garage the washing machine and tumble dryer are situated in the garage which has a door from the kitchen for easy access.

Recreation Area for your enjoyment, a recreational area with an additional pool, cabana, tennis court and a children's play area is available for your use. Tennis rackets and balls are kept in the home with the key to the area.

All bed linen and towels are supplied, including six pool towels. A high chair, travel cot and a child's car seat are supplied for the little one. In total six people can and are catered for.
