Location

Our privately owned detached villa is located at Crescent Lakes, a residential community approximately 15-20 minutes to Disney territory and within easy reach of all main attractions. The community enjoys an enviable location that is both secluded and tranquil, yet close enough to all major attractions in Central Florida. A short drive will take you to one of many golf courses in and around the area.

Description

The great room overlooks the swimming pool. This extremely attractive room is beautifully furnished. Includes al the entertainment equipment for your enjoyment, 27" cable television with integral DVD and VCR player, , Stereo Hi-FI system.

The dining room also overlooks the pool area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the labour saving equipment in a modern home. There is a gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a waste disposal unit.

Bedrooms The master bedroom has a queen sized bed a 23" cable TV with integral VCR . The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in closet. Both the family bathroom and en-suite are equipped with the usual items. A hair dryer is provided.

The second bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobe and a 19" Cable TV with integra VCR. The third bedroom has two single beds and fitted wardrobe.

The swimming pool, situated at the rear of the villa is fully screened and complete with patio furniture. Although in Florida the pool can be used all year round heating is available to keep the pool temperature constant in winter months. If heating is required there will be an additional charge for use of gas.

The double garage houses the washing machine and dryer along with iron and ironing board. For Guests taking own laptop computer High Speed Internet access is available also free local long distance and international telephone calls.

For the health and comfort of future guests please refrain from smoking in the Villa.

We have a local management company that maintains the home to the necessary high standards to ensure you have a carefree holiday. They also provide a useful information package for your guidance. In the event of an emergency they can be contacted 24 hours a day should you need assistance.

Discounted attraction tickets can be arranged as can discounted daily golf rates for some of the various golf clubs in and around the area.
