Lindfields is situated off Highway 192 just 5 minutes from Disney World which makes the villa very convenient for that mid-afternoon siesta before going back to the parks. Orlando and Sanford International Airports are a 25 and 55 minute drive respectively.

This superb vacation home is situated on Lindfields, the premier location for your holiday base in Central Florida. This family owned single story villa is much large and better appointed than most properties offered for holiday rental in the Kissimmee area. The accommodation is fully air conditions throughout with additional ceiling fans both indoors and in the pool porch.

The accommodation features two separate large living rooms (one with double sofa bed), a dining room and breakfast area. The fully fitted kitchen has every appliance that anyone could need, including a full size electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven and an enormous fridge/freezer with ice maker. The laundry room has a super capacity automatic washing machine and separate tumble dryer.

The superb master suite, with king-size double bed, has its own private and very spacious en-suite bathroom with separate shower and twin vanity basins.
There are a further four double bedrooms, two fitted with twin single beds, the fourth being fitted with a queen size double bed and bedroom 5 has both a queen and a single. The bedrooms share a family bathroom including bath and shower. All bedrooms have wardrobes and ample drawer space.

The large heated swimming pool can be accessed from the master bedroom, dining area, breakfast area and utility room. The swimming pool alone will make the holiday for many guests. The beautifully shaped pool includes a Jacuzzi. It is fitted with automatic cleaning and filtration equipment, ornamental fountain and underwater illumination. The pool is solar heated all year round and can also be electrically heated for those winter months when the sun needs some assistance.

A covered porch provided welcome shade and a breeze for the hotter months. The whole of the porch and pool area is fully screened to enable you to enjoy the pool and the outdoor life long into the warm nights without having to worry about flying insects.

To complete the idyllic scene, the pool area is equipped with comfortable loungers, chairs and has fully stocked planters to enhance the appearance of the pool.

The villa can sleep up to 10 people. A cot and high chair can be provided at no extra charge for our younger visitors.

The villa is carpeted throughout and fully furnished. For the television addict, 60+ channels are available on each of the 3 TVs (one in the family room, bedroom 5 and the other is in the master bedroom). There is a Sony playstation, which also doubles as a DVD player, a VCR in the living room and bedroom 5, and a Hi-Fi unit with CD player, tuner and twin cassette deck. A telephone is installed and available to guest without charge for local calls. Long distance calls may be made through the use of a credit card (although it is much cheaper to use phone cards).

Our local agent is only a few minutes away. The villa is normally available from 4pm on the day of arrival and it must be vacated promptly at 10am on the day of departure. This allows time for the villa to be cleaned top to bottom for the next guests. If you have any problems during your stay, please contact our agents who will do the utmost to resolve any issue.

You should allow at least 20-25 minutes to reach the other main Orlando theme parks at Universal and Sea World. Busch Gardens (Tampa) and the Gulf Coast (Clearwater & St Pete's) are around a 75-90 minute drive to the west.
