Our villa sleeps up to 8 people, it has a large lounge with 42" multi-channel cable TV a dvd and video player with a variety of films. We have a family room with stereo with cd and choice of c.d's for those wishing to listen to some music or read in peace. We have a dining room to seat 6 as well as a separate dining area in the kitchen to sit 4.
There is a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a good range of appliances i.e. dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and all the usual kitchen utensils. The utility room is separate housing the washing machine, tumble dryer etc.
There are 4 bedrooms, the master has a king size bed cable t.v with a dvd, it has a large en-suite bathroom with twin vanity basins, large marble tub and walk-in shower. A second bathroom is located between the other 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bed 3 and 4 both have 2 twin beds, bed 3 is decorated for the sports fans has a Tv and a PS2 with a choice of games and bedroom 4 is for Mickey and Minnie fans with a selection of books, toys and games and has a Disney Cars TV/DVD. The rear garden is not overlooked and is fully fenced ensuring complete privacy on the patio deck. The swimming pool is south facing and ensures the sun from dawn till dusk it is also fully screened to keep out the bugs. We have 4 loungers and patio table to sit 8 people. There is also a Gas BBQ available outside the deck, with a further patio set to seat 4, a swing hammock and 2 loungers.
Mickeys Retreat is a 4 Bed luxury air-conditioned villa situated in the quiet, desirable development known as Lindfields and is only 4 miles from Disney World i.e. Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM, Animal Kingdom and the water parks, Blizzard Beach & Typhoon Lagoon. Sea World, Universal Studio's, Islands of Adventure and Wet and Wild are all within easy reach. It has a large south facing pool fully fenced for privacy. We have a games room with pool table, football table and air hockey. Wi-fi is available so just bring your laptop. T.V's in all bedrooms and our 4th bedroom is decorated for the Mickey & Minnie fans.
Area Information, Attractions & Distances
There are a vast choice of sporting activities locally, especially golf. Many of Florida's famous courses are a short drive away, we would be happy to recommend and advise. There are numerous supermarkets and restaurants within minutes along Highway 192. Orlando Airport is around 30 minutes away and Sanford is approw 50 minutes. The closest beach is Cocoa and is around 1 hours drive, or if you prefer the gulf then Clearwater and St. Petes beach are around 1.5 hrs away.
