Our 2 bedroom condos feature a full kitchen, washer/dryer, linens, screened-in-patios, heated pool.
Our 3 bed 2-story home features a 2-car garage with a fantastic view of the Fairway and all Clubhouse amenities.
Most units come equipped with High Speed Internet at no extra cost.
Other amenities include : 18-hole Golf Course, lighted tennis courts, Clubhouse with restaurant/lounge, shuffleboard, fitness room, jogging paths, 2 pools (1 heated), 24 hour gated security, close to all shopping and dining areas.

There is a 12.5% Resort Tax applied to all rentals under 6 months rental.

We now also offer "Long-Term" rates on our condos (6 months or longer) at very Low Rates.
There is a $150 security deposit ($300 on 3 bedroom home) needed to reserve each unit. This deposit is fully refundable, which is due 30 days prior to arrival time, and will be refunded to you after departure.
Cancellation Policy: Should you decide to cancel your reservation, the following charges will apply to your deposit: Condos/Home 61 days or over before arrival $50/$100 31 to 60 days before arrival $100/$200 1 to 30 days before arrival $150/$300
As a courtesy, we will apply any charges made to your deposit, as a credit towards any future rental you wish to do with us up to a 1 year maximum as of the time of cancellation.
NO Cleaning Fees on Condos --- $85 Cleaning Fee on Home NO Hidden Fees whatsoever!
