The Family Room has wonderful views over the swimming pool, lake and conservation area. This spacious room has comfortable sofas and chairs, with cable television, video and music system.

The fully fitted kitchen includes a large dining area, full electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer with ice maker and every kitchen appliance you could possibly need. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The sumptuous Master Suite on the ground floor consists of a king size double bed with spacious en-suite bathroom leading out to the magnificent fully screened pool area.

The Master Suite (first Floor) overlooks the front garden and consists a queen sized double bed and luxury bathroom. This bathroom can be for the exclusive use of the master room or opened to share with bedroom 6 which has a wonderful Mickey and Minnie theme!!! Ideal for parents sharing with children.

Second Master Suite (first Floor) offers a queen sized double bed and well appointed bathroom. Once again this bathroom can be for the exclusive use of the master room or opened to share with bathroom 6.

Bedrooms 4, 5 and 6. These rooms all feature twin single beds.

Bathroom 4 is situated on the ground floor.

All bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes, ample drawer space and all bed linen and towels are provided. Four hair dryers are also provided, one in each bathroom.

The beautiful upgraded swimming pool and integrated children's paddling pool with feature waterfall overlook the lake and conservation area. The pool measures 30 feet by 15 feet and has underwater illumination. Both the swimming pool and paddling pool can be heated if required. The extended patio area around the pool is "cool decked" so you don't burn your feet when walking around the pool. The patio and pool are fully screened.

The patio is fully equipped with table, luxury padded chairs and loungers.

Additional Information

For the safety and comfort of all guests the owners have requested that there be no smoking within the property. No pets allowed. Three telephones are installed and local calls are without charge. Long distance calls can be made with the use of a credit card.

The villa is fitted with a comprehensive fire and security alarm system and a fitted wall safe is available at no extra charge.

There is a 24 hour supermarket, shops and good quality restaurants within two minutes drive. In addition to the very close proximity of Disney and all other major theme parks there are also 9 championship golf courses within 6 miles.
